致省市区行政最高首长的求助报告
徐守盛省长、张剑飞市长、曹立军区长: 您们好。 今天是2010年11月4日,是长沙市天心区青园路161号我家房屋被违法强拆后的第248天。天心区法院和政府都说:“你家的拆迁问题,徐省长和张市长都有批示。”但是,区属各部门,还是在彼此推托。我家共有合法住房184.66平方米;正式商业门面62.24平方米(有建委核发的:城市建设工程规划许可证为证);合法临街土地使用权330平方米(有国土局红线图为证)。他们坚持按照 连所谓的“折半补偿条例”的土政策都没有达到、硬是在我家不同意签字的状况下,作出了违法强拆的行政手段。 我们家唯一的要求是:希望政府责令拆迁方---开发商,对我家进行合理合法的安置补偿。恢复我家原有的最基本的居住条件和生活来源。 值此我家在遭到违法强拆后长达8个月的时刻,恳请我省、我市、以及我区的行政最高首长在百忙中招见我们,以党中央提出“关注民生”的政治高度，共同商讨出一个政府和老百姓以及开发商都能接受的解决问题的方案来。否则,长此以往是有损于我们党和政府在人民群众中的崇高威望的。以上报告当否? 请批示。 青园路161号房主:徐栋国2010.11.4.
